• What is your return policy?

  All purchases from The Luci Lynn Edit are final sale.

  We do not accept standard returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for sizing concerns, fit preferences, color preferences, changed minds, accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or other personal reasons.

  An exchange may only be approved when an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or when the incorrect item was sent.

  Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

• How long does shipping take?

  Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
  
  Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  
  Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

• What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?

  A manufacturing defect is a significant flaw that existed before the item was worn, washed, altered, or used.

  Examples may include:

  • A broken zipper
  • A significant hole or tear that is not part of the intended design
  • A seam that arrived completely separated
  • Missing or broken buttons, snaps, or hardware
  • A major printing or embroidery error
  • A material construction issue that prevents the item from being worn as intended

  The following are not generally considered manufacturing defects:

  • Minor loose threads
  • Natural fabric variations
  • Slight color differences
  • Differences in print or pattern placement
  • Fit or sizing concerns
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Damage caused by wearing, washing, drying, altering, or improper care
• What should I do if my item arrives defective?

  Email info@lucilynn.com within seven calendar days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

  Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • A clear photograph of the entire item
  • Close-up photographs of the defect
  • A photograph of the packaging and shipping label

  Do not wear, wash, alter, repair, or return the item unless you receive written instructions from The Luci Lynn Edit.

  Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

• What happens if my defect claim is approved?

  Approved manufacturing-defect claims are eligible for an exchange only.

  Whenever possible, the defective item will be replaced with the same product, size, and color.

  An approved defect exchange cannot be used to select a different size, color, style, or product because of personal preference.

  If the original item is no longer available, The Luci Lynn Edit may offer store credit or allow the customer to select another item of equal value.

  Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.

• What if I received the wrong item?

  Please email info@lucilynn.com within seven calendar days of delivery.

  Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The item you received
  • The item’s tags
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

  Once the fulfillment error is confirmed, we will provide instructions and work to correct the order at no additional cost to you.

• Can I cancel or change my order?

  Orders begin processing quickly and cannot ordinarily be canceled or modified after they are submitted.

  Please carefully review your products, sizes, colors, discount codes, email address, and shipping address before completing checkout.

  You may contact us immediately after ordering, but we cannot guarantee that a cancellation, address change, or order adjustment can be completed before fulfillment begins.
